I am sitting at a stoplight listening to the passionate elocution of a woman, who much like myself, doubted herself. I have listed to that TED Talk dozens of times and even read the book Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges. Amy Cuddy gave a presentation of a lifetime at TED that changed the way I think and feel as an athlete. There are hundreds of TED talks you can draw from for inspiration on how to be successful in life and as an athlete.
I would urge you to listen to as many TED talks as you can, but to help get you started I have collected 10 of my favorite TED talks that can help you become a better athlete.
